I am a licensed realtor in Ontario.  I have been a resident of beautiful Durham Region since 2011 when I moved here to start my family.  Prior to that, I lived in the great city of Toronto.  Since I made the decision to trade the sky views and subways rides of Toronto's city life for the fully fenced backyards and open fields of Durham Region, I have been extremely satisfied in my home purchases.  

I am proud of my journey immigrating from Jamaica to Canada, navigating the qualms of student housing to becoming a home owner.  It is my greatest wish to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership as well.  I understand from my own experiences how challenging the mortgage qualification process can be.  They don't call it the stress test for nothing!  I've also had to battle through bidding wars and have had the privilege of selling my home in the hopes of buying another.  I know the mental and financial acuity and agility required so as not to end up homeless.  

By the way, there is much that I could say on the topic of homelessness but I will limit it to this; while it is beyond my expertise to help every homeless person find housing, I am willing to work with men and women who are ready to rebuild their lives in safe and positive spaces after leaving broken homes and relationships.  

I support community organizations geared towards affordable housing and other causes.  I shop locally and I encourage you to do the same.  I follow a One Love, One Life, One Tribe philosophy, that means; do what you love, live your best life and we should live well together because we come from one tribe.  I look forward to working with you as your realtor.  I appreciate your business and your referrals.
